Vegetable Seared Rice with Vegetable Stock Recipe

Fixings
1 cup earthy colored rice (uncooked)
- 2 cups vegetable stock
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 1 onion, finely slashed
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 carrot, diced
- 1 ringer pepper, diced
- 1 cup broccoli florets
- 1/2 cup peas
- 2 tablespoons low-sodium soy sauce
- 1 teaspoon ginger, ground
- Salt and pepper, to taste
- New spices (like cilantro or green onions), for embellish

Technique
Cook the earthy colored rice in vegetable stock as per bundle guidelines. This injects the rice with additional flavor.
*In an enormous skillet, heat the olive oil over medium intensity. Add the onion and garlic, it is clear to sautéing until the onion.
*Add the carrot, ringer pepper, broccoli, and peas to the skillet. Pan sear until the vegetables are delicate yet at the same time fresh.
*Add the cooked rice, soy sauce, and ground ginger to the skillet. Mix well to consolidate and warm through. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
*Embellish with new spices prior to serving.
